No harsh chemicals just the best for your wrap!
3 Step Line

- Clean the Surface: Ensure the surface is thoroughly clean and free of dirt, grease, or any other contaminants.
- Prepare the Vinyl: Remove the liner from the back of the vinyl, exposing the adhesive side.
- Prepare the Fluid: Use a spray bottle and fill it with a solution of water and a few drops of dish soap (like Dawn) or a dedicated application fluid.
-
Mist the Surface:
Lightly mist the surface where you’ll be applying the vinyl with the application fluid.
-
Mist the Vinyl:
Similarly, lightly mist the adhesive side of the vinyl with the fluid.
-
Apply the Vinyl:
Carefully position the vinyl on the surface, allowing the fluid to create a “floating” effect for easy adjustments.
-
Squeegee:
Use a squeegee to remove excess fluid and air bubbles, starting from the center and working outwards.
-
Repeat as Needed:
If necessary, re-mist the vinyl or surface and repeat the squeegeeing process.
-
Remove Transfer Tape:
Once the vinyl is fully adhered and all excess fluid is removed, you can remove the transfer tape.
- Don’t Over-Mist: Use a light mist of fluid, as too much can cause the vinyl to wrinkle or slide too easily.
- Use a Clean Squeegee: Ensure your squeegee is clean and free of debris.
- Work Slowly: Take your time and be patient, especially when applying intricate designs.
- Consider the Hinge Method: For larger graphics, the “hinge method“ can be helpful, where you partially apply the vinyl and then lift it to re-apply it.
- Allow Drying Time: After removing the transfer tape, allow the vinyl to fully dry before handling it.
Apply: Lightly dampen a microfiber cloth with the solution.
Clean: Gently wipe the soiled area, using circular motions.
Rinse: Rinse the area with cool water after spot cleaning.
Dry: Dry the area with a clean microfiber cloth.
1. Soak a wash mitt or microfiber towel in the solution for two minutes prior to use.
2. Washone panel at a time, starting at the top of the vehicle.
3. After you wash a panel, immediately dry it using a drying towel.
4. Continue with this method until the entire vehicle is cleaned.
